Data protection policy

Eurosavor GmbH hereby notifies you about the processing of your personal data through automated/manual means, which benefit from a specific level of security.

According to the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Eurosavor GmbH undertakes to manage the personal data you provide about yourself under conditions of confidentiality, safety, and solely for the specified purposes, under legal terms. Personal data cannot be distributed without your consent to third parties (media, insurance companies, other situations, etc.) or to family members, unless you express your written consent to this effect. The confidentiality of personal data is maintained even after death.

Certain situations provided by legislation are exempted from the previous provisions (e.g., at the request of criminal investigation bodies if there is an ongoing criminal investigation, at the request of courts, police, prosecutor's office, etc., or if there is a court order to this effect).

According to the aforementioned Regulation, you benefit from the right of access, intervention upon data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, and the right to address the courts of law. You have the following rights: access to data, rectification, "the right to be forgotten", the right to restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of the data. To exercise these rights, you can address a written, dated, and signed request to our unit's headquarters, using the contact details mentioned in the header, to the attention of the legal representative. However, exercising these rights will result in the impossibility of providing medical services by our unit. If any data about you is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible.
